abakadabra yes, lahat naman ng mga batas natin ay among the best in the world, but the WORST when it comes to its IMPLIMENTATION!well, poor people recycle, and the other laws allow our mayors and barangay captains get rich, either by demanding bribes, or by following the law to the letter, which means more and more red tape for businesses, who then leave the area (and take jobs with them), allowing the Philippines to live in romantic "traditional lifestyle" with a low carbon profile (AKA Poverty)....
