YUM! BBQ Chicken Guts

one of our neighbors sometimes has a stall outside in the evening to sell barbecued food. We usually buy the marinated pork or hotdogs, but they also sell these two Filipino delicacies: Barbecued Chicken intestines (aka Isaw ng manok). Panlasangpinoy blog not only discusses how they make it, but has this photo:

And they also have BBQ chicken feet (also an Asian delicacy: Tyson sells a lot of them to China), and BBQ chicken heads.
Luckily for you, I can't find any decent photos on line of these delicacies...guess I'll have to take a photo one of these days.
