Joy has developed Bell's palsy: I started her on prednisone until she can see a specialist.
They are still working at the farm.
Rains were heavy yesterday, but no major flooding here. I don't know if it will mean that local farmers will have to replant rice seedlings or not.
The new mayor took office, and I actually saw street cleaners digging the muck out of the open drainage ditches next to the city square/old city hall.
