Typhoon update

The typhoon is south of Manila, has lost most of it's wind and is mainly a danger of rain.

So the main danger is passed, but flooding remains a problem, especially in Manila. We are upstream, so not too worried. (we flood when the typhoons hit north of here in the mountains and add their water to the drenched ground and swollen rivers/canals).
