Net flix being non pc again?

I haven't seen the series, but The pro druggies and their "human rights" SJW are aghast about an up and coming Netflix series about the Philippine drug wars.

Director of Netflix Philippine drug war drama Amo denies it glorifies narcotics crackdown...
The drugs war has been hugely contentious in the Philippines, and abroad.
At home, Duterte’s uncompromising battle against drugs has won him plaudits, and his approval ratings have been persistently high, reaching 79% in January.
But he has faced stinging international criticism of his human rights record and threats of United Nations investigations into extrajudicial killings.

It seems he is too "judgmental" against drug users and pushers, and the SJW presumably prefer the Philippines to turn into a place like Mexico (30 thousand murders last year, maybe more since they didn't count the missing) or Central America, where the drug gangs terrorize everyone.

The polls ignore the reality of the Philippines: Those 20% opposing the war get their talking point from the elite SJW in the US and in the Catholic church (one reason that so many middle class folks are turning Protestant, but that's another story). They are echoing memes, not basing their opinion on what they see around him.

The rest of the Philippines? Well, they may know someone killed, but also know the backstory of drug related crime, and how drugs are destroying families and homes.

So I guess it depends if you are a rich elite living in a gated community who wants to feel self righteous and superior, or if you are an ordinary person who wants to be safe from being murdered by drug addled robbers who invade your home, and maybe even safe to walk outside without being killed/kidnapped/robbed.

Imagine that.
