"'I admire the very generous and compassionate approaches that were taken particularly by leaders like Angela Merkel, but I think it is fair to say Europe has done its part, and must send a very clear message — we are not going to be able to continue provide refuge and support — because if we don’t deal with the migration issue it will continue to roil the body politic,' she said.... Sigh.

On the other hand, since there are 71.4 million "people of concern" who could be called refugees, asking countries to resettle all of them and pay for their upkeep is a bit hard... and it doesn't help that a lot of the "refugees" are actually economic migrants, i.e. young men looking for work.
maybe countries that need workers could set up schools for them to learn skills and the language and then recruit them legally.
Here, we had Korean and Chinese language skills, and schools that advertise nursing/ caregiver/ nanny/ blue collar skills as a way to get overseas jobs...
or maybe you could just get rid of the corrupt politicians who steal everything in sight and keep the rest of the country poor.
The latest scandal: The crazies have attacked the Chinese embassy in Pakistan. It's called biting the hands that feed you....podcast about the "new silk road"....
and China is trying to pay off the Philippines for her grabbing our sealanes/fishing areas/oil resources in the West Philippine sea.
Most folks here are unhappy about it, but since Obama pressured PNoy not to stop them, Duterte has to cope with what is already there: we are too weak to stop them, so join them?

a guy goes to an isolated island to convert the folks, and is promptly killed.
Hmm... naive, crazy, delusional, or a saint?
Well, anyway here is an old video explaining why these islands are unique... and the "native" are being displaced by immigrants, and in nearby islands died off from depression/disease alcoholism/culture shock, so the gov't tried to keep this island isolated to "protect" them and their way of life.
and a trivia question: What is their link to Sherlock Holmes?
Hint: Sign of four.

getting Red Pilled on the Pope.
and the latest big shot who will get into trouble is a theologian who points out the problem with Benedict's resignation.
this is replacing the conspiracy theory that the St Gallen mafia arranged his election after the deep state arranged Benedict to resign or else.
instead of Spy Vs Spy, we now have Pope Vs Pope.
Of course, the propaganda meme is that the Pope and his minions are merely making things "more inclusive" by changing the rules on right and wrong. A "Paradigm shift".
and how dare you criticize the Pope.
Uh, like Catherine of Sienna did?
on the other hand, appointing someone that Archbishop Vigano claims owed his position to Cardinal McCarrick to head the Vatican meeting about the protection of minors sort of is like putting the fox in charge of the henhouse
