Signal 2

a typhoon is off our east coast and might go over us tomorrow.

Right now, it is overcast but no wind or rain yet, but this morning we were signal 1, and now we are under signal 2 warnings and this might change in the next 12 hours. It should hit Cebu and the Visayas, south of Manila, but if it moves to the north as in more recent maps, it could go over us.

the SEA games are in the Manila area and at Clark might get hit by the rains. And people south of here along the coast near Bicol are being evacuated just in case.

so if I don't post for a day or two, it's because flooding is affecting the internet.

The ATMs are already off line, so I went into the bank and withdrew some cash for emergencies.
