About a week ago, I pointed out a story from a back page about a Indonesian AlQuada bomb maker coming to the Philippines, and said they were worried about the malls etc. being bombed.
Well, sounds like others heard the same rumorsCNN) -- The U.S. Embassy in the Philippines capital of Manila said Tuesday it was closing temporarily to the public due to "plausible threat information."
As for us, around here the NPF (communists) are the threat...but one worries about the malls, the fiestas, the concerts etc...and the hotels..one of our relatives has a wedding scheduled during the holidays at a major Manila hotel...
Oh well...guess it's like Tornadoes in Oklahoma...comes with the territory
