So how do you get rid of this? Treat everyone in contact with the patient who are "silent carriers" to eliminate the disease.
Yup. nothing new about this...in the past, they had to culture doctors and nurses, do extra bathing, and we even sometimes had to treat the pet dog to stop strep infections from pingponging back and forth.
