According to the UKMail, the new Startrek Movie will be a hit.

But why do all the faces in the photo look alike?

The answer: They casted young hot actors, not character actors, like the original show. They all have perfect faces (even the ethnics echo the idea of white upper class beauty, not the beauty of their own culture).

Peggy Noonan wrote last week that with the economic downturn, Hollywood might start replacing glamourous look alikes with actors who looked like ordinary men, like Clark Gable.
One hopes so.
It's getting harder and harder to tell the characters apart in a lot of movies.
