So all of this might explain why, although the US Defense Dept is moving the Navy to the western Pacific, and is arranging to use Subic Bay, Clark, and CamRanBay Bases, that both Hillary and our new anti Pinoy Ambassador is telling us to settle things peacefully with China over our own territory.
Even though a Chinese Navy ship just grounded on a shoal 50 miles off the Coast of Palawan......isn't entering someone's territory an act of war? Never mind...
