The flood is still in a lot of areas, and the President's helicopter had to make an emergency landing when the (clouds) ceiling closed in. He's taking a lot of flack about the floods because he cut back on fixing the infrastructure...and everyone here knows a lot of the flooding is due to bad drainage problems.
No, we haven't been hit....although Ruby informs me that some parts of the city are flooded.
