AWAKENING THE DRAGON
To
the sounds of horns, drums and gongs, the Dragon Dance is performed in
the heart of Chinatown in Binondo, Manila on the eve of the Chinese New
Year on February 9, 2013.
No, we don't celebrate it here in the Provinces: Not that many Chinese here (Most Chinoys tended to start businesses, and we are a farm area).
It's the year of the Water Snake. And that may not be good news, according to the Inquirer:
